1. What Solex Points are
Solex Points are a non-monetary score attached to your Solex Funding account. They exist for one purpose: to unlock and claim items in the Rewards catalogue inside the platform.
They are an engagement metric, not a currency, not a balance, and not a form of payment. They are issued by Solex Funding at its own discretion, they exist only inside the platform, and they have no existence or value anywhere outside it.
Solex Points are entirely separate from your trading account, from any evaluation you are running, and from any payout you may be entitled to. Earning, spending or losing Solex Points has no effect whatsoever on your trading balance, your objectives, or your payouts — and the reverse is equally true.
2. How you earn them
Points are credited to your account when one of the following is approved:
- Quests — actions published in the Rewards area, such as joining the community or sharing your experience. Some require proof, which a member of our team reviews manually.
- Courses — completing a course in the Academy, including its final test where one is set.
- Reviews — publishing a genuine review of your experience with Solex Funding, once verified.
- Manual adjustments — corrections applied by our team in either direction, for example to put right an error or to recognise a contribution made outside the usual channels.
Quests and reviews are checked by a member of our team, and the points reach your balance only once they are approved — never at the moment you submit. Courses credit as soon as you finish them, except where a final test is set, in which case the test is reviewed first.
Every movement, in or out, is written to your Points history, which you can open from the Rewards page. The history shows your most recent movements. Quests may be one-off or repeat on a daily, weekly or monthly cycle: a repeating quest can be completed again once its cycle reopens, while a one-off quest can be approved only once.
3. How you spend them
The Rewards catalogue lists items with a price in Solex Points. When you redeem one, the cost is deducted from your balance immediately and your request enters a review queue.
Rewards fall into a few categories — discount codes for future challenges, merchandise, physical items shipped to you, digital content, and occasionally something that fits none of these. Some rewards require a completed identity verification before they can be claimed; those that are shipped require a delivery address.
Availability is finite. A reward can have limited stock, an expiry date of its own, and a limit on how many times a single trader may claim it.
An approved redemption then moves to fulfilment. A discount reward is issued as a single-use code tied to your account and valid for a limited period from the day it is issued, not from the day you redeemed; a shipped reward goes out with tracking. If a redemption is rejected or cancelled, the points it cost are returned to your balance in full, and the refund appears in your Points history.
4. When they expire
Solex Points expire 24 months after the date they were earned.
Expiry is calculated per credit, not on your balance as a whole: each award carries its own 24-month clock starting on the day it was approved. Points earned in March expire in March two years later, whether or not you have earned more since.
Expired points are removed from your balance and cannot be reinstated. They are not exchangeable, not extendable, and no compensation of any kind is due for them.
The Points history on the Rewards page shows when each credit was made, which is what the 24-month period is counted from.
5. What Solex Points are not
This section matters more than any other on this page, so it is stated plainly.
- They are not money. Solex Points have no monetary value, are not a deposit, not a credit balance, not e-money, and not a financial instrument of any kind.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be converted into or offset against any payment, fee, subscription or account balance.
- They are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, gifted, traded, inherited, pooled or moved between accounts, and any attempt to do so may result in their removal.
- They are non-refundable. They are not purchased, so nothing is owed for them.
- They are not a payout and not compensation for trading performance. No reward obtained with Solex Points is a profit share, a bonus, or a payment for results.
- They confer no entitlement. Holding points does not create a right to any particular reward, nor a right to their continued existence.
6. Changes, suspension and misuse
Solex Funding may modify, suspend or terminate the Reward System, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion. This includes changing how points are earned, what rewards are offered, what they cost, and the expiry period described above.
Where a change materially affects points you already hold, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice inside the platform before it takes effect.
We may withhold, reverse or cancel points, and refuse or reverse a redemption, where we identify abuse — including duplicate or fraudulent accounts, falsified proof of completion, automated participation, or any attempt to obtain points other than by genuinely performing the action they reward.
If your account is closed, banned or deleted, any Solex Points attached to it are forfeited.
7. Governing documents
The Reward System is operated by Solex Funding (Nova Learn FZCO) and forms part of the services governed by our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML Policy and Refund Policy. Where this page and those documents differ, those documents prevail.
Questions about your points balance, a redemption or an expiry can be raised with our team through the support area of the platform.
