Final Sale Policy
Once you complete the purchase of any product, service, subscription, or access, Solex Funding will ensure that the acquired service or access is made available to you after the transaction is successfully processed. It is important to understand that Solex Funding maintains a No Refund Policy for all services purchased.
This includes the one-time fee for the Evaluation service. Since this service is rendered immediately upon purchase, no refunds are offered, and all transactions are considered final.
Fee Refund on First Payout (Two-Step Challenge only)
Solex Funding offers an automatic fee refund to traders who have purchased a Two-Step Challenge evaluation program and reach their first approved payout on a Solex FundingFunded Account. The refund covers the original challenge fee paid by the trader at the time of purchase and is added to the trader's first payout amount as a single combined disbursement.
Eligibility
- Two-Step Challenge (all account sizes): eligible for full original fee refund, paid as an addition to the first approved payout on the Funded Account.
- One-Step Challenge (all account sizes): NOT eligible for fee refund under any circumstances.
- Instant Funding (all account sizes): NOT eligible for fee refund under any circumstances.
Conditions
The fee refund is triggered exclusively by the approval of the trader's first payout request on the Funded Account associated with the original Two-Step Challenge purchase. Reaching the Funded Account stage alone does not entitle the trader to the fee refund: if the Funded Account is lost (for example, through drawdown breach, rule violation, or account inactivity) before a first payout is approved, no fee refund is due.
The fee refund amount is equal to the original fee paid for the Two-Step Challenge evaluation, in the original currency of purchase. It is added to the first payout amount and disbursed together with the payout as a single combined transfer, using the payout method selected by the trader. Subsequent payouts do not generate additional refunds.
The fee refund is forfeited if the trader breaches Solex Funding Terms and Conditions, the Prohibited Uses Policy, or fails compliance verification (including KYC, AML screening, or live verification call) at any stage prior to first payout approval.
This fee refund policy is subject to change at any time and at the sole discretion of the Solex Funding team without prior notice.
Exception Handling
While standard policy holds all sales as final and non-refundable, extraordinary circumstances may be considered. In rare cases involving technical errors or service delivery issues preventing access to purchased content, remedies may be investigated at company discretion.
Requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date and include detailed explanations with supporting evidence. Decisions are made individually, though refunds remain exceptional rather than routine.
Dispute Policy
Dissatisfied customers are encouraged to contact support at [email protected] before pursuing other actions. If you improperly dispute charges or initiate a chargeback request with your bank without first contacting Solex Funding, you will be subject to permanent exclusion from our platform.
No Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks may face legal action. Solex Funding reserves the right to dispute such chargebacks with our payment processor and may seek recovery for associated costs, including attorney fees and collection costs.

All services are delivered digitally and considered utilized immediately upon access being granted.
User Responsibility
By making a purchase, you confirm having read and understood this policy and agree to its terms. You accept responsibility for purchase decisions and understand that upon completing a purchase, Solex Funding is under no obligation to issue a refund under any circumstances.
Misuse of services or policy non-compliance may result in account suspension or permanent exclusion.
Refund Process for Exceptional Circumstances
In rare approved refund cases, processing occurs through the original payment method. The maximum refund that can be granted is 80% of the original purchase amount. Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on the financial institution. Applicable fees may be deducted from refunded amounts.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- One-time Evaluation Fees
- Completed Subscription Periods
- Downloaded Digital Materials or Reports
- Promotional or Discounted Packages
- Accounts breached due to inactivity (365 days without trading activity)
