How long until I'm live?+
Core: 14 days. Pro: 21 days. Concierge: 30–45 days (Saint Lucia setup adds ~3 weeks). Enterprise: 45–60 days (full custom + migration).
Do I need my own broker license?+
No. Solex White Label includes trading platform access via your own Saint Lucia jurisdiction setup (Concierge+) or via your own MetaQuotes license you obtain. You operate as a prop firm, not as a broker.
What if I want to upgrade from Core to Pro later?+
Easy. Pay the setup difference + start the new monthly. No migration fees.
Can I activate single modules on a Core tier?+
Yes. Each module is a feature flag — pay setup + monthly add-on to activate without upgrading tier.
What countries can my customers be in?+
Worldwide except for our restricted countries list (30+ jurisdictions under UN/OFAC/EU sanctions). We provide the list in your contract.
Do you provide marketing for me?+
Strategy: yes (Concierge tier or as add-on). Execution: no. You run your own ads, content, sales.
Do you take a percentage of my revenue?+
No. Flat monthly + setup. Your revenue is 100% yours.
Which payment processors do you partner with?+
We partner with established high-risk solutions for banking, card processing, and crypto. Specific partners are disclosed under NDA to confirmed clients only. Onboarding for your clients is guaranteed post-KYC verification.
What about trading platforms beyond MT5?+
MT5 is included as default. TradeLocker, cTrader, and others are available as add-ons. Per-account capacity varies by platform.
Can I leave Solex White Label?+
Yes. 30-day notice on monthly. Setup fee is non-refundable. We support you through transition for 60 days.
